The 2021 Tauzy Jurançon Sec is a delicious and refreshing white wine that is perfect for summer sipping. Produced by Domaine Castéra, it is a blend of Petit and Gros Manseng, aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks. It has a pale straw colour and aromas of citrus, honeysuckle, and white flowers. The palate is dry and crisp, with flavours of more citrus, honeysuckle, and white peach.
