Crafted predominantly from grapes harvested from old Monastrell vineyards situated at an elevation of 700 meters above sea level, alongside low-yield Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah vines, this Spanish red achieves a remarkable concentration and complexity. Following an 18-month ageing period in a selection of premium French and American oak, the result is a wine that is both ripe and highly refined. Expect notes of black fruits, cocoa, spices and balsamic.
