This youthful Pinot Noir is influenced by the geothermal hot springs that run beneath the Johanneshof estate`s certified-organic vineyards. Aged for 12 months in large oak barrels, it boasts a gentle, succulent character, with a delightful bouquet of wild cherry, strawberry, and a touch of jasmine. On the palate, it presents a light, fruity profile with fine tannins and a refreshing, sappy finish.
