A single serve 20cl bottle of Jade 1901, the second absinthe release by the Combier Distillery in Saumur and Ted Breaux, American absinthe expert. Together they recreated the liquid from a 19th century sample of the notorious anise-flavoured spirit. The result is floral and warming drink, with beautifully integrated citrus, herbal and spicy nuances.
