RyeLaw is a luxurious and ground-breaking Scotch whisky made in Fife by InchDairnie Distillery. It is the first ever release from the distillery, whose high technical specifications are engineered to maximise flavour. RyeLaw is also the world’s only precision distilled malted rye Scotch whisky. Comprised of 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley, RyeLaw was distilled in a Lomond Hill still in 2017, aged in new charred oak casks from the Ozark Mountains and then bottled in 2022. Expect rye spiciness with notes of vanilla, sweet biscuit cereal as well as dried fruits, all complemented by a richly viscous mouthfeel.
