Godme's NV Brut Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru shows just how unique Pinot Noir is in Verzenay. Intense chalky notes support the fruit in this vibrant, mineral-driven Champagne. Small red berries, spices and dried flowers develop in the glass, but the Blanc de Noirs is first and foremost a wine of texture. Brilliant and chiseled, the Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru impresses for its energy and cut. This is a great introduction to the Champagnes of Godme. This bottle was disgorged in January 2013. Dosage was 6 grams per liter.
