Highball Express is a range of rums produced by Kirker Greer & Co., a Belfast-based firm formed from the merger of the Kirker and Greer families. The name is a reference to the flying boats that flew Americans during Prohibition to the ‘wet islands’ of the Caribbean. This release is built around an 18-year-old rum from Trinidad, blended with more mature rums from Guyana, Dominican Republic, Barbados and Jamaica. The result is a full-bodied expression, filled with cocoa, vanilla and wooded spice.
