Another exceptional release from Dyfi Distillery in Wales. This gin is made with botanicals influenced by the wild fruit harvest local to the distillery including wild crab apples, blackberries, and bilberries. This is also the first gin we know of that is aged in ex-White Port barrels, specifically those sourced from Niepoort in the Douro. A fantastic sipping gin, it also makes a delicious Negroni.
