This single-barrel, single-estate 2008 vintage Cognac from Hermitage was crafted from Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche grapes. The nose suggests dates and baked apples, with spices and nutty aromas. On the palate, expect more dates, cinnamon, toffee and pistachio as well as more exotic tones of mango and passion fruit, with some sweet orange notes on the finish.
