Hedonistas de la Fe Espadin is a premium Mezcal produced in Oaxaca, Mexico. Made by fourth-generation mezcaleros, this fine Mezcal from Hedonistas de la Fe was crafted from Espadin agave that was harvested between six and eight years. Once harvested, the agaves are traditionally cooked in an underground pit oven, milled by tahona, fermented in wooden vats with open air yeasts, and double-distilled in copper alembic stills. Expect notes of woodsmoke, citrus and tropical fruits, and black pepper.
