This is a 9-year-old straight corn whiskey from the multi award winning Heaven Hill distillery, which was independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Buttered corn, maple syrup and milk chocolate form the core of the aroma profile, complemented on the palate by a mix of cooking apples, sponge cake and honeyed fruit, with a sprinkle of black pepper.
