Their Chardonnay is known for its elegance, purity, and balance. It typically exhibits a combination of citrus, stone fruit, and floral aromas, with a mineral backbone and vibrant acidity. The use of oak is subtle, with the aim of enhancing the wine`s complexity and texture without overpowering the delicate fruit flavours and natural acidity of the Chardonnay.
