Bodegas Gutiérrez Colosia has been operating since 1838 and is one of only a few family owned bodegas in the region. This is an extremely decadent and sweet style of sherry made from sun-dried Pedro Ximenez grapes, offering up rich notes of dried figs, raisins, honey, molasses and Christmas cake spices. Deliciously smooth and incredibly long, this is a wonderful sweet treat just on its own but works incredibly well sipped alongside vanilla ice cream.
