Greensand Ridge Distillery Apple Brandy is a premium cask-aged apple brandy created from top-quality surplus apples from growers in the Weald of Kent and Sussex. Slow fermentation ensures the development of complex aromas in the base cider, which is then distilled and matured for two years in Bourbon casks. Greensand Apple Brandy is made with dessert apple varieties which create a light and perfumed spirit. Smooth on the palate with an initial sweetness giving and warmth of the spirit, this brandy marries apple crumble flavours with hints of vanilla and caramel.
