An exciting release from That Boutique-y Whisky Company as part of their ‘Return to Oz’ collection. The Gospel hails from Gospel Distillers in Melbourne and it is a rye whiskey, matured for three years in new American oak cask as standard, with a particular finish in an Australian red wine cask. Bottled at 58.6% ABV, it displays it combines sweet flavours such as toffee, vanilla and red fruits, balanced by spices and a touch of wood.
