Gold Spot 13 Year Old is a limited edition, age-statement single pot still Irish whisky produced by Mitchell & Son at the Midleton Distillery in Cork. This is the second release in the Gold Spot series continues to celebrate wine casks finishes in whiskey. First matured for 13 years in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks, it was finish in Valpolicella Classico Italian wine casks for 16 months. Expect notes of dried fruits, berry compote and sweet oak.
