Frontonio Elastico Blanco 2020 is a full-bodied white wine from from Valdejalón, Aragón. This wine is crafted from a unique field blend, predominantly featuring Macabeo, from a dry-farmed vineyard with vines over 80 years old, located at 800 metres in altitude. The grapes were hand-harvested and underwent a 20-hour skin maceration before fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats. This wine matured for 12 months on its fine lees, without bâtonnage, contributing to its complexity.
