- The 2019 Folie Chauvin is a very pretty second wine. Crushed red fruit, spice, licorice and mocha are nicely lifted. All the elements are so nicely balanced. The Folie naturally doesn’t have the depth of the Grand Vin, but it also doesn't have those searing tannins. Today, it's a pleasure to taste.
