Located in the Ribera del Duero wine region of Spain, Dominio de Pingus was founded in 1995 by Danish winemaker Peter Sisseck. Flor de Pingus is the second wine of the estate. The 2021 vintage impresses with a graceful blend of approximately 3% Garnacha and Tempranillo in a co-fermentation. Echoing the elegance of 2018 and 2016 vintages, this wine strikes a delicate and well-balanced profile. Its refined tannins offer a silky texture, while its focus and freshness contribute to a harmonious character. The oak influence is seamlessly integrated, enhancing the overall appeal of this exceptional release.
