Situated in the commune of Brochon, Domaine René Bouvier is a family-run wine producer currently run by Bernard Bouvier. The estate has 17 hectares of vines and 18 appellations, ranging from Marsannay to Gevrey-Chambertin. This particular cuvée comes from Les Crais de Chêne, which is located on the alluvial fan between the villages of Couchey and Fixin. It’s a rich expression, offering remarkable minerality, a ripe, red-fruited core, complemented by fresh acidity.
