Crafted from the finest grapes of the Clos, this rare 1979 vintage Fine de Bourgogne showcases the elegance and complexity of its terroir. The amber-hued spirit reveals a lovely bouquet of orchard fruits, including ripe apples and pears, complemented by subtle floral undertones. On the palate, luscious notes of honeyed stone fruits blend seamlessly with layers of caramel and toasted oak, a testament to its meticulous aging process.
