Produced in the Jerez region of Andalusia, only alambic distillates are used for Fernando de Castilla`s Gran Reserva Brandies. The distilled spirit is aged in barriques for 3 to 6 years before entering the ‘solera’ system, where it is then aged for a further decade. The resulting brandy shows a golden mahogany colour, with elegant aromas and hints of oak. The palate has great depth and maturity, with a long, harmonious and warming finish.
