The Evan Williams is the much-loved bourbon brand from the Heaven Hill range, which also includes Elijah Craig and Bernheim Original. This is their single-barrel vintage expression from 2011, release in 2019. The nose opens up to aromas of sweet caramel, biscuits, vanilla and toasted marshmallow. On the palate, aged oak is most evident, complemented by more caramel, cinnamon and a hint of pepper.
