This 2007 vintage Evan Williams Single Barrel was put into the barrel in February 2007, and then bottled in March 2016. On the nose, there are aromas of orange blossom, honey, tangerines and vanilla extract with a faint hint of butterscotch and toasted marshmallow. Much of the nose carries over to the palate, with the addition of brown sugar along with juicy orange and vanilla bean.
