Produced using Garnacha sourced from a single, one hectare vineyard near the village of Cerebros, at 950 metres of altitude. This is a superb example of Garnacha’s potential to make very fine wines, and one of the jewels of Indigo’s portfolio. Very intense aromatics, incredible freshness, and nervous acidity. Whole cluster fermented in open vats before 14 months of ageing in foudre and barrel.
