El Jogorio is an initiative from the Cortés family who in 2010 began building a collective of top mezcal distillers from around Oaxaca. ‘Todos Santos Mezcaleros Coyote’ is a special edition, released in 2021. Todos Santos – which translates to All Saints – is a popular 3-day event in Mexican culture, a celebration of friends and loved ones who have passed on. The mezcal was distilled by Maestro Mezcalero Regulo Martínez Parada in Rio Seco, Oaxaca.
