Created by the Cortés family, El Jolgorio is widely acknowledged as one of the finest labels of agave spirits available. This expression is made under the watchful eye of mezcalero Ignacio Parada from agave Karwinskii which can take up to 14 years to mature, so therefore production is quite limited. The spirit has notes of sea salt, sweet florals and chalk minerality. Presented in a distinctive black glass reminiscent of the black clay jugs which mezcal was historically stored in.
