Armand Heitz is a 20-hectare wine estate spread over Chassagne-Montrachet, Meursault, Volnay, Pommard and Beaune, plus 8 hectares in Beaujolais. Armand is passionate about agronomy and about agriculture more broadly, leaning towards agroecology and regenerative agriculture in his production. This release hails from the Grand Cru Échezeaux where the Domaine owns a small parcel. It might be too early to give a definitive assessment on Burgundy 2020, but most reports suggest that the vintage is shaping up to be outstanding.
