DVO is a special collaboration between two of the most acclaimed wine estates in the world, Dalla Valle in Napa Valley and Ornellaia in Tuscany. The 2019 vintage is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc from the Coombsville, Mt Veeder, and Oakville appellations, aged for 22 months in French oak, 70% new. The wine is full-bodied and structured with notes of black fruit, violets, cedar, and baking spices.
