Calvados Hors d`Age is aged for 6 years in oak barrels, with 25% of new oak. The nose reveals good complexity, and it is lightly wooded. There are fruity aromas of apples and bananas, plus floral notes of rose and jasmine. On the palate, there is an initial sweet attack, followed by hints of ripe apples and wood.
