Dupont Cask Finish Collection No 6 Islay Whisky is a limited-edition Calvados produced by Domaine Dupont in Pay d`Auge, France. With this release in its Cask Finish series, Dupont seeks to marry the cooked apple and pastry notes of Calvados with the distinctive peaty, salty and mineral notes of Islay whisky. This limited-edition expression spends a minimum of four years maturing in toasted 400l oak barrels (25% new) before being finished for six months in Islay single malt whisky casks.
