Ducastaing Armagnac Bernard VII XO is produced entirely from Folle Blanche, considered to be the original, pre-phylloxera grape variety of the Cognac and Armagnac regions. This is a beautifully complex expression, combining notes of violets, cinnamon, Brazil nuts, green apples and liquorice root, with some vegetal, tobacco undertones.
