The distillery takes great care in the production process, using limestone-filtered water and a combination of traditional and modern distilling techniques to create a high-quality bourbon. The spirit is aged in new, charred American oak barrels for a period that can vary depending on the specific batch. The small-batch approach allows the distillery to carefully monitor and blend barrels to achieve a consistent and distinctive flavour profile. Expect notes of caramel, vanilla, toffee and baking spices.
