Founded in 2014, Domus aims to present authentic and artisanal single varietal grappa sourced from carefully chosen local distilleries in order to elevate this native Italian spirit to the very highest level. This is a supremely limited batch of grappa distilled from 100% Ruché DOCG grape pomace, a rare red grape variety grown in the hillside villages around Castangole Monferrato in Piedmont, north-west Italy. It is beautifully smooth with a slightly oily in texture and complex notes of citrus, white peach, rose blossom and nuts.
