Les Monts Fournois is the second estate of renowned grower Champagne producers Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche, and their cousin, Juliette Alips. Using grapes from the Cramant Grand Cru in the Côte des Blancs, this 2017 vintage is tense and linear, with lemon citrus, hints of almond and white blossoms, and a chalky minerality.
