Domaine de Joÿ is a family-owned wine and Armagnac producer located in the Gascony region of France. The estate was founded in 1927 by Paul and Marguerite Gessler, who were originally from Switzerland. This release is a blend of eaux-de-vie that have been aged for a minimum of 5 years in new oak barrels. The Armagnac is amber-coloured and has a nose of dried fruit, vanilla, and spices. The palate is smooth and well-balanced, with notes of caramel, toffee, and toasted oak. The finish is long and lingering.
