Based in Bouzy, Delavenne is a family-owned grower champagne house making organic, low sulphur and vegan friendly cuvées. With winemaker Jean-Christophe Delavenne at the helm, the house produces a diverse range of champagnes, including this non-vintage rosé, a blend of 43% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 17% Coteaux Champenois. It is a juicy and creamy expression, offering notes of raspberries, rose petals and baked red apples.
