Established in 2011, Pennington Distilling Company is a family-owned whiskey producer based in Nashville – the capital of country music. This Sour Mash expression is a high rye whiskey that’s made with a small amount of malt, allowing more flavour from the corn and rye to come through. It is then filtered through charcoal to provide extra smoothness before being aged for minimum of four years and blended in small batches to create a perfectly balanced whiskey.
