Crafted from Pinot Noir (20%) and Chardonnay (80%) grapes sourced from vines planted on the Pierre Saint Martin plot in Trépail, Montagne de Reims, L`Aphrodisiaque is renowned for its purity and chalky minerality. Bottled without dosage, it expresses fresh orchard fruits with gently oxidative notes and hints of dried flowers.
