Domaine d’Auresan is a 5-hectare estate in Ténarèze producing `triple zero Armagnacs` - meaning that no sugar, colouring or water are added. First introduced in 2021, ‘Le Carré des Fantômes’ is a blend of the six rare grape varieties authorised for the production of AOC Armagnac. Plant de Graisse, Mauzac Blanc, Meslier St François, Jurançon Blanc, Mauzac Rosé and Clairette de Gascogne. Truly unique and complex, expect notes of stewed stone fruits, honey, spices and linden tree blossom.
