The Dalton Winery is situated in the region of Galilee, Israel and was founded in 1995 by members of the Haruni family. The 2019 vintage is produced from a blend of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, and 9% Cabernet Franc aged for 14 months in French oak. Expect dark fruited character accompanied by vanilla and dark chocolate notes.
