Produced using organic and biodynamic farming practices, fermented and aged without intervention and bottled without filtration. Boasting marvellous intensity on the palate, this elegant red showcases a complex range of aromas and flavours, with notes of cherry, clove, pencil lead and gravel, in addition to hints of bay leaf and vanilla.
