Maya is the flagship wine of the incredible boutique Dalla Valle winery which was founded in 1986 by Naoko and her late husband Gustav Dalla Valle. The 2000 release is a delicious wine composed of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Cabernet Franc. Deep, rich and fragrant, this would be a lovely wine served alongside roasted lamb.
