Cullen Amber 2022 is a medium-bodied orange wine from the Margaret River region of Australia. A hedonistic blend of 52% Sauvignon Blanc and 48% Semillon, selected from Cullen`s certified biodynamic vineyard. Fermented in both open and closed fermenters and amphorae for an average of 10 days on skins. Incredible depth of palate and youthful exuberance. Silky, long finish with flavours and fruit density filling the mouth. The grainy, soft tannins dance around the front palate and hold the wine in perfect tension. The perfect match for goats cheese soufflés and nasi goring.
