COS is now well-established as one of Sicily’s premier producers and as a leader in the field of biodynamic, non-interventionist winemaking. Cerasuolo is a blend of 60% Nero d’Avola and 40% Frappato from Vittoria, in the south-eastern corner of Sicily. It is delicate and smooth but with flecks of wildness that make it ideal served with rustic pasta dishes.
