Domaine Antonin Guyon is a prominent Burgundy wine producer located in Savigny-lès-Beaune, which has been certified as organic since 2018. The estate is currently led by Dominique Guyon and his daughter, Hombeline, with the valuable support of their cellar master, Vincent Nicot. This cuvée comes from the Corton Clos du Roy Grand Cru, where the family owns a 0.55-hectare plot. Aged for over a decade, the 2010 vintage is in an optimal stage right now, revealing notes of black cherries, Asian spices, and floral undertones, complemented by spot-on acidity and a slightly mineral aftertaste.
