Based in Hudson Valley, New York, Coppersea is a craft distillery producing whiskies, bourbons and brandies. This expression of peach brandy is made with fresh fruit sourced from local farms. The spirit is distilled in a direct-fire still before being aged for a minimum of 6 months in a stainless steel tank before bottling. Expect notes of baked peaches, cloves, cinnamon and black tea.
