Mezcal Convite is an artisan mezcal from San Baltazar Guelavila in Oaxaca. This is a blend of Espadin and Madrecuishe agave, cooked in an underground pit oven, milled by a horse-drawn tahona, naturally fermented with spring water, and then double distilled in a copper alembic still.
