Concerto Lambrusco 2020

This dry Lambrusco displays an intense purple colour and is packed with forest fruits. It has a surprising acidity that you wouldn’t expect from its dense appearance. Differently from other sparkling wines, this is by no means an aperitif but a very gastronomic fizz to be enjoyed chilled, with typical Italian dishes such as arancini, saltimbocca or a spinach lasagne.
