This is an incredibly rare 19th Century Madeira made from 100% Verdelho grapes by Companhia Vinicola de Madeira (a company subsequently absorbed into Justino Henriques). Due to the high levels of natural acidity in the grapes of Madeira and the unique method of slow maturation in warm lofts, this style of wine is incredibly robust and can genuinely age for centuries without ill-effect.
